How to get a useful answer
- Say which Pega version you use, for example Pega 8.x or Infinity 24.
- Describe what you expected and what actually happened.
- Include the exact error text, and the rule type involved (activity, data transform, flow, section and so on).
- Never send passwords, customer data or anything confidential.
